What we collect

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not build profiles of visitors.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, processes standard server request data such as IP address and browser type to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected and stored by Substack, and their privacy policy applies. If you join our WhatsApp info hub, your phone number is visible to that group under WhatsApp's terms. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send the guides and episode announcements you subscribed to. We use correspondence only to answer you. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Embedded content

No page loads third-party scripts, trackers, or advertising. Episode audio is served by Substack, so pressing play on an episode sends your IP address and browser type to Substack. Our subscribe form posts to Substack when you submit it, and we link out to Spotify, YouTube, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email, or leave the WhatsApp group at any time. To ask what data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email [email protected].

Children

Our programmes are aimed at people applying to undergraduate and graduate study. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
